Thinky Planetary Centrifugal Mixer SR-500

The Thinky SR-500 enables highly efficient mixing of various media such as solder paste or adhesives.
Conditioning (to room temperature) of the solder paste is no longer necessary, as processing can take place directly from the refrigerator.
This contributes significantly to consistent and stable manufacturing quality.
Typical processing
times are a few minutes.
The rotational motion also effectively degasses the specimen.
The motion is a superposition of centrifugal and inherent rotational motion. The ratio between the speed of the two movements has a great influence on the result.
Homogenization of typical solder pastes is usually completed within 3-5 minutes.
The
unit has a very easy-to-use standard mode with a preset mixing program that is suitable for the vast majority of solder pastes in cartridges or can containers up to 600 g. The standard mode is also suitable for solder pastes with a maximum weight of 1.5 kg. With the step mode, you can also determine the exact program sequence yourself and store
your profiles in up to five memory locations, each with five steps. In the individual steps, you determine speed and time.
Cans up to a maximum diameter of 77 mm can be used. An adapter for 61 mm cans is included. For all other can diameters or cartridges suitable adapters can be offered.
