Announce a return delivery and request a service number:
To ensure that your request is handled quickly and smoothly, we have restructured our processes for service.
Please contact your service representative before making a return delivery. He or she will coordinate the further procedure with you, generate a personalized transaction number (RMA number) and send you the return bill by e-mail. Please fill in the return bill and enclose it with the goods.
Please do not return unsolicited goods to us under any circumstances. Unsolicited packages can unfortunately neither be processed nor returned.
