- Excellent for sealing and joining well and manhole rings, sewer manholes and domestic sewage treatment plants or pipe elements made of concrete (with tongue and groove joints)
- Sealing and joining of inspection manhole rings for house
connections, e.g. made of concrete, clay and ceramics
- Sealing and joining of components during the installation of 3-chamber sewage treatment plants
- Fast (6 - 20 hrs.) and watertight (up to 0.5 bar*) connection (Tested by: MFPA Leipzig, Test Report 2.4/06-492-1)
- Replaces time-consuming mortaring (mortar, water, tools)

- Very high dimensional stability, i.e. no volume shrinkage and no post-expansion as soon as curing is complete
- Excellent adhesion to almost all building substrates (except PE, PP, PTFE and silicones)

Resistant to a wide range of solvents, paints, chemicals, oil and gasoline
- Resistant to aging and rotting, but not UV-resistant, therefore cover outdoors or seal with sealants
- Temperature resistance -40°C to +90°C
- Not suitable for permanent sealing under water.
