    Special flux paste, optimal for lead-free soldering and BGA/SMD repairs.

    Multifix 450 has been specially developed for rework and repair and is suitable for both manual and automatic dispensing. The extremely low activation conditions a very good isolation behavior of the flux residues after soldering. The residues are quickly hard, dry
    and non-sticky.
