With WEICON Zinc Improvement, platelet-shaped metal pigments (flakes) are deposited on the substrate parallel to the surface in several, spatially offset layers (shingle effect). A high corrosion protection effect is thus achieved even with a low layer thickness. This fulfills the requirements of DIN EN ISO 1461.

This protects the surface
from moisture penetration for longer. In conjunction with the simultaneous electrochemical effect, optimum corrosion protection is achieved.

Farbton:	Feuerverzinkt/metallisch glänzend
Pigmente:	Zink- und Aluminiumpigmente (D50 25 µm)
Pigmentreinheit:	ca. Al 99,5% und Zn 99,9%
Verarbeitungstemperatur:	+18 bis +30 °C
Temperaturbeständigkeit:	ca. +240 °C
