SD-35 flux is a halogen-free product with reduced alcohol content. SD-35 flux has a solids content of 3.5 % and is characterized by excellent soldering properties. The chosen combination of alcohol and water makes it possible to make optimum use of the advantages of both solvents. SD-35 flux has a high level of activity and is suitable for
processing lead-free and leaded solders.

It is applied by spraying. In practice it has been shown that when used properly, it is not necessary to wash the printed circuit boards soldered with this flux, as the surfaces of the soldered boards are very clean. IC testing with needle adapters is not affected.
