Zero Master analog shaft 10 mm

Zero Master analog shaft 10 mm

Analog 3D probe Zero Master

- Smallest 3D probe in the world
- The spindle axis is positioned exactly at workpiece or fixture edges
- The probing direction is arbitrary (X, Y, Z axis)
- The analog dial gauge always deflects in the same direction and shows the distance between spindle axis and workpiece edge
- Once the display is at zero, the spindle axis is located at the first go, without long trying, without calculation, without sign problems
- This reduces ancillary costs, increases productivity and relieves the employees
- Clamping shank-Ø 10 mm, thus also applicable on machines with SK 30 or with small HSK spindles
- Even large workpieces can be measured due to the shortened housing
- The probe insert can be changed without tools
- A recalibration of the probe is not required
- Additional safety due to the enlarged traverse path and the nominalBreak point in the probe insert
- For highest measuring accuracy, all universal 3D probes are individually measured and tuned during assembly
- Can be equipped with short (ball Ø 4 mm) and long (ball Ø 8 mm) probe insert
- For setting workpiece zero points and length measurements on milling and EDM machines (insulated probe insert), Centering and averaging of bores and shafts
- Protection class IP 67

Supply: polystyrene outer box, short probe insert Ø 4 mm.
