- Very precise and versatile measuring device
- Is clamped into the milling spindle resp. the countersink head and allows the spindle axis to be positioned exactly at workpiece or fixture edges
- This makes it quick and easy to set workpiece zero points and take length measurements
- The probing direction is arbitrary (X, Y, Z axis)
- The dial indicator always deflects in the same direction and shows the distance between the spindle axis and the workpiece edge
- Once the display is at zero, the spindle axis is located right away, without long trial and error, without calculating, without sign problems
- This reduces ancillary costs, increases productivity and relieves employees
- The stylus can be changed without tools
- Additional safety due to the increased traverse path and the predetermined breaking point in the stylus
- For maximum measuring accuracy, all universal 3D probes are individually measured and tuned during assembly
- For probing workpieces on milling and eroding machines (insulated stylus)
