Kilews SKP-BC40 power supply unit, for series SKD-RBN, SKD-TBN, Start, Reverse

The SKP-BC40 power supply unit monitors whether the switch-off torque set on the electric screwdriver is reached within an adjustable time window. Thus, errors such as wrong screw (too long / too short), torn off screws, jammed screw or missing screw are detected. Errors are avoided and thus the quality of the products is increased. Five freely
programmable programs are available to the user. All functions can be blocked or locked via a key switch.

Each IO screw joint is counted and compared with a target number of pieces. IO, NIO and total IO are indicated via an optical and acoustic display. The speed can be adjusted in two steps. A start-up ramp (soft start) makes it easier to
find the first threads and is continuously adjustable up to 5.0 seconds. With the Auto-Learn function, the control unit can be easily programmed for the respective screwdriving application.
