    Silicone-free thermal paste facilitates heat transfer away from electrical/electronic components and into heat sinks. This paste exhibits no creep or migration over a wide temperature range. It is thickened with a proprietary thermally conductive zinc oxide ceramic and creates an effective heat sink surface in electrical/electronic devices.
