Methacrylate Thermal Adhesive Output Set, Type 315
Output is a thermally-conductive adhesive for mounting electronic components on heat sinks and printed circuit boards. The high thermal conductivity provides excellent heat dissipation for temperature-sensitive components. Due to its viscosity, the product creates a constant gap of 0.15 mm between the components to be bonded, thus ensuring electrical insulation between them. The defined strength allows repairs.
