Die Infrarotheizplatte IRHP 100 A ermöglicht das unterseitige Vorheizen von Platinen beim manuellen Löten, Entlöten und in der Nacharbeit. Die sichere und leistungsstarke Infrarot-Heiztechnologie bietet enorme Vorteile: Die Betriebssystemtemperatur der Werkzeuge kann deutlich reduziert werden, niedrigere Spitzentemperaturen verringern die Gefahr der Beschädigung der Leiterplatten, während sich die Spitzenstandzeit gleichzeitig erheblich verlängert. Die Heizplatte kann mit der i-CON1 C oder i-CON2 C gesteuert werden.
