Der Dönges Unterlegkeil ist klappbar und daher besonders platzsparend. Durch eine Federvorspannung lässt sich der Keil problemlos aufklappen und ist sofort einsatzbereit. Eine spezielle Verzahnung an der Unterseite ermöglicht den Einsatz selbst in schwierigem Gelände und bei Einsätzen von Zugeinrichtungen mit maschinellem Antrieb (Winde). Durch die flexiblen Kettenstränge passt sich der Keil der individuellen Reifengröße optimal an und ersetzt Keile des Typ G36, G46 und G53.
