The Spencer B-Bak Max is distinguished from the normal B-Bak by its enormously increased load capacity. Even the heaviest patients can be transported on this rescue board, which can carry up to 454 kg. The 45 mm thin shape was retained. There are many recesses and recessed grips, etc. to give maximum flexibility in use. Belts can be fastened individually and the helpers can always have a secure hold of the board even in difficult mountain situations.
