A brass cable guide head should be fitted to the end of the cable before the micro cable is blown into the micro tube. The cable guide head forms a rounded tip that facilitates blowing through tube connections. It also prevents air from entering the cable through the open cable end. The cable guide head is extra slim to allow blowing into microducts. An internal thread facilitates installation at the cable tip. The cable guide head is reusable.
Notes:
Always ensure that the correct size cable guide head is used.
The cable guide head must be thoroughly screwed in place.
Check that the cable guide head is firmly connected to the cable end.
Never look into an open tube end when blowing in cables!
